Through December 2028, we bridge the gap between potential and high performance, insulating our members within three pods of 20. Each member is paired with a personal Executive Coach for one-on-one strategy sessions, anchored by a global peer alliance and elite thought leaders.

A dedicated Executive Coach meets with your teen for a  check-in on traditional academic performance, project execution and life goals.

We operate on 6-Week High-Velocity Sprints. Legacy Members go from Idea to Minimum Viable Product  in 6 weeks, then spend the next 6 weeks learning to Monetize and Scale with their Executive Coach. This mirrors the pace of the real tech and business world

The Parent's Relief

Seats are released in three Executive Pods to ensure the integrity of the network and our strict 20:1 ratio remains absolute. Once an Executive Pod fills, the doors close.
